Cancellation conditions: Notification of cancellation of REGISTRATION, TOURIST OFFER, SOCIAL EVENTS must be made in written to the "Congress-Or". Cancellation after 19th of April 2010 - 70% refund. Cancellation after 8th of June 2010 - no refund. The refund will be made after the Conference.
